A curator, certified coach, and doula with more than 20 years of experience designing experiences, solving complex problems, and supporting people through change.

My work has spanned startups, creative agencies, educational institutions, and Fortune 100 companies, where I’ve worked across art, strategy, innovation, and change management to help people and organizations navigate complexity and transformation.

Becoming a mother brought a new perspective to that work. I wanted to apply my experience and skills to something deeply personal and meaningful: supporting people through the transition into parenthood.

As a trained doula and certified coach, I bring a thoughtful, informed, and practical approach to supporting you through pregnancy, birth, and the transition that follows.
